Repolog Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Repolog app and related materials. By using Repolog, you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview

Repolog helps users create photo-based reports and export them as PDF files. Features may differ between Free and Pro plans.

2. Acceptable use

Use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with app operation.
Do not upload or generate unlawful or harmful content.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Pro plans are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow store rules.
Restore purchases is available when supported by the store account.

4. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and software are owned by Repolog contributors. You retain ownership of the content you create in the app.

5. Disclaimer

Repolog is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for reviewing exported reports before submission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Repolog contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

7. Changes and termination

Features may change over time. We may suspend access for policy violations.

8. Apple standard EULA note

For iOS distribution, if no custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply.
